Mix almond paste and sugar in mixer with paddle until all lumps are broken up.

Add egg whites and beat to create a smooth paste.

Pipe out using a bag with a straight pastry tip onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake 325°F (163°C) for 18–20 minutes.
